 Most General Contractor Insurance policies preclude Mould Remediation coverage.  As a result many contractors doing remediation are NOT insured.  Mould Remediation policies require proof of training and experience and are expensive and harder to get. When selecting a Remediation Contractor make sure they have a Mould Remediation Insurance Policy.
